1. Acceptance of Terms
GullakParty is a product owned and operated by
Manivora Technologies
("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your
use of the GullakParty mobile application and related services
(together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service,
you agree to these Terms and our
Privacy Policy. If you do not agree,
please do not use the Service.
2. About the Service
GullakParty is a personal-finance record-keeping app: you can record
udhar (money lent/borrowed) with friends, split group expenses, track
budgets and savings goals, and settle up.
- All amounts in the app are entered by users themselves. GullakParty is a ledger, not a wallet — no money moves through the app.
- We are not a bank, NBFC, lender, payment aggregator or financial advisor. We do not offer loans, credit, interest or investment products.
- Nothing in the app is financial, legal or tax advice.
3. Eligibility & Your Account
- You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.
- Your account is linked to your mobile number, verified via OTP. Keep your device and OTPs secure — activity on your account is your responsibility.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One account per person; do not impersonate others.
4. User Content & Shared Records
- Udhar entries, group expenses and notes are your content. You are responsible for their accuracy.
- Records you create with another user are shared: the other person can see the transaction details, and such records may remain (in anonymised form) in their account even if you delete yours.
- App records are informal bookkeeping between you and your contacts. They are not a legally certified proof of debt, and we are not a party to — and do not mediate or guarantee — any transaction, repayment or dispute between users.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- create false, misleading or fraudulent entries, or use the Service to harass, threaten or extort anyone;
- use the Service for money laundering, unlicensed money lending, gambling settlements or any unlawful purpose;
- access another person's account, scrape data, send spam, or interfere with the Service's operation or security;
- reverse engineer, copy, resell or create derivative works of the app.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Permissions, Notifications & Ads
- Optional device permissions (Contacts, Photos, Notifications) work as described in our Privacy Policy.
- The app may show advertisements served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for third-party ad content.
7. Intellectual Property
The GullakParty app, name, logo, design and all related content (except
your user content) are the property of Manivora Technologies. You get a
limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for
personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Termination & Account Deletion
- You may stop using the Service anytime and delete your account from Profile → Delete Account in the app, or via our account deletion page. Deletion follows the 30-day grace process described in the Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service or where required by law.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without
warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the
Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that records will always be
available. Keep your own backup of important financial information.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manivora Technologies shall not
be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential
damages, loss of profits or data, or for any dispute, non-payment or
loss arising between users out of transactions recorded in the app.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the registered
place of business of Manivora Technologies shall have exclusive
jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be
posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the
Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Conditions ("Terms") GullakParty mobile app aur related services
(milke, "Service") ke use par lagoo hote hain. Account banane ya
Service use karne ka matlab hai aap in Terms aur humari
Privacy Policy se agree karte ho. Agree
nahi ho toh please Service use mat karo.
2. Service Ke Baare Me
GullakParty ek personal-finance record-keeping app hai: aap doston ke
saath udhar record kar sakte ho, group expenses split kar sakte ho,
budgets aur savings goals track kar sakte ho, aur settle up kar sakte ho.
- App me saare amounts users khud enter karte hain. GullakParty ek ledger hai, wallet nahi — app ke through koi paisa move nahi hota.
- Hum bank, NBFC, lender, payment aggregator ya financial advisor nahi hain. Hum loan, credit, interest ya investment products offer nahi karte.
- App me kuch bhi financial, legal ya tax advice nahi hai.
3. Eligibility & Aapka Account
- Service use karne ke liye aapki umar kam se kam 18 saal honi chahiye aur aap binding agreement karne ke capable hone chahiye.
- Aapka account aapke mobile number se linked hai, OTP se verified. Apna device aur OTP secure rakho — account ki activity aapki zimmedari hai.
- Sahi information do aur use updated rakho. Ek person, ek account; kisi aur ki pehchaan mat banao.
4. User Content & Shared Records
- Udhar entries, group expenses aur notes aapka content hain. Unki accuracy aapki zimmedari hai.
- Dusre user ke saath banaye records shared hote hain: wo person transaction details dekh sakta hai, aur aapke account delete karne ke baad bhi wo records (anonymised roop me) unke account me reh sakte hain.
- App ke records aapke aur aapke contacts ke beech informal hisaab-kitaab hain. Ye legally certified proof of debt nahi hain, aur hum users ke beech kisi transaction, repayment ya dispute me party nahi hain — na mediate karte hain, na guarantee dete hain.
5. Acceptable Use
Aap agree karte ho ki aap ye NAHI karoge:
- jhooti, misleading ya fraudulent entries banana, ya Service se kisi ko harass, threaten ya extort karna;
- Service ko money laundering, bina licence money lending, gambling settlements ya kisi bhi illegal kaam ke liye use karna;
- kisi aur ke account me ghusna, data scrape karna, spam bhejna, ya Service ke operation ya security me interfere karna;
- app ko reverse engineer, copy, resell karna ya derivative works banana.
In Terms ka violation karne wale accounts hum suspend ya terminate kar sakte hain.

- App me Google AdMob ke ads dikh sakte hain. Third-party ad content ki zimmedari humari nahi hai.

GullakParty app, naam, logo, design aur saara related content (aapke
user content ke alawa) Manivora Technologies ki property hai. Aapko app
ko personal, non-commercial use ke liye limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable licence milta hai.
8. Termination & Account Deletion
- Aap kabhi bhi Service use karna band kar sakte ho aur app me Profile → Delete Account se, ya humare account deletion page se account delete kar sakte ho. Deletion Privacy Policy me bataye 30-din grace process se hota hai.
- Agar aap in Terms ko todte ho, Service ka abuse karte ho, ya kanoon require kare — toh hum aapka access suspend ya terminate kar sakte hain.
9. Disclaimers
Service "as is" aur "as available" basis par milti hai, bina
kisi express ya implied warranty ke. Hum guarantee nahi dete ki Service
hamesha uninterrupted, error-free chalegi ya records hamesha available
rahenge. Important financial information ka apna backup rakho.
10. Limitation of Liability
Kanoon jitna allow kare, Manivora Technologies kisi bhi indirect,
incidental, special ya consequential damages, profits ya data ke loss,
ya app me record kiye transactions se users ke beech hone wale kisi
dispute, non-payment ya loss ke liye liable nahi hogi.
11. Governing Law
Ye Terms India ke kanoon se governed hain. Applicable law ke subject,
Manivora Technologies ke registered place of business ke courts ka
exclusive jurisdiction hoga.
12. Terms Me Changes
Hum ye Terms samay-samay par update kar sakte hain. Material changes is
page par updated effective date ke saath post honge. Changes ke baad
Service use karte rehne ka matlab hai aap updated Terms se agree karte ho.
